Monster Hunter: Legends of the Guild Game

As fans of Monster Hunter, we are excited to learn that Netflix is releasing a new animated film titled Monster Hunter: Legends of the Guild. The movie follows Aiden, a young hunter who has the ability to transform into a dragon and protect New York's hidden magical population from monster hunters and evil forces.

Directed by visual effects specialist Steven Yamamoto, who has worked on movies such as Transformers, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the film promises an action-packed adventure. With a voice cast including Ben Rausch, Erica Lindbeck, and Dante Basco, we can expect to see Aiden grow from an eager yet naive youth to a fully-fledged monster hunter.

In Legends of the Guild, Aiden and a group of other hunters must protect their village against an Elder Dragon that is migrating across the land and destroying everything in its path. The movie seems to be an origin story for Aiden, a character who appears in both Monster Hunter 4 and Monster Hunter: World.

The short-lived Disney Channel original series 'American Dragon' may have only run for two seasons, but it's clear that Dante Basco was already making waves as the protagonist. With his role in Legends of the Guild, he cements his place in the Monster Hunter universe.
